Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Additional agreement: An agreement through which the consumer acquires products, digital content, or services in connection with a distance contract, and these are delivered by the entrepreneur or a third party under an agreement with the entrepreneur.
Withdrawal period: The period in which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for business or professional purposes who enters into a contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Digital content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.
Long-term contract: A contract for the delivery of products or services over an extended period.
Durable medium: A tool enabling storage of information for future reference, such as email.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Model withdrawal form: A form provided by the entrepreneur to facilitate withdrawal.
Entrepreneur: A person or legal entity offering products, services, or digital content to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: An agreement concluded remotely as part of an organized system for distance sales.
Means of distance communication: Any tool used to conclude a contract without physical presence.
General Terms and Conditions: The current terms governing the relationship between entrepreneur and consumer.

Article 2 - Orders and Purchases
2.1 Orders
2.1.1 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.1.2 All orders are subject to approval. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, without liability.
2.2 Purchases
2.2.1 A purchase is considered complete once the order is accepted and the products are delivered.
2.2.2 The customer must inspect the products upon delivery and report any damage or defects within a reasonable period. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Article 3 - Applicability
3.1 These terms apply to all agreements and legal relationships between the store and its customers, even if the customer applies differing conditions.
3.2 The store may amend these terms at any time. Revised terms become effective upon publication on the website.

Article 4 - Offer
4.1 All offers are valid during the stated period and while supplies last.
4.2 The store is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies in images or prices.

Article 5 - Agreement
5.1 The agreement is formed once the customer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions.
5.2 The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The customer may cancel the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the store clearly (e.g., by email or post).
6.3 Returned items must be sent within 14 days of this notification.

Article 7 - Costs upon Withdrawal
7.1 Upon withdrawal, the store will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, unless the customer opted for a delivery method more expensive than the standard option.

Article 8 - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Certain items are excluded from withdrawal, such as custom-made products or those that deteriorate quickly.
8.2 Sealed digital content that has been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.

Article 9 - Price
9.1 All listed prices include VAT and applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted.
9.2 The store reserves the right to adjust prices. Price changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
10.1 The store guarantees that products meet the agreement and are free from defects.
10.2 The customer must inspect products on delivery and report any issues promptly.

Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
11.1 The store aims to meet stated delivery times but may face delays beyond its control.
11.2 In case of a delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 12 - Long-term Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
12.1 The contract duration is as agreed. If longer than one year, the customer may cancel after one year with up to one month’s notice.
12.2 If a renewal is needed, the store will inform the customer in a timely manner.

Article 13 - Payment
13.1 The customer agrees to pay the listed price using available payment methods.
13.2 If payment is not received on time, the store may send reminders and charge interest on overdue payments.

Article 14 - Complaints Handling
14.1 If you have a complaint, contact the store as soon as possible. The store will aim to resolve it within 14 days.

Article 15 - Disputes
15.1 In case of a dispute, both parties will first try to reach an agreement.
15.2 If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact the appropriate dispute resolution authority.

Article 16 - Additional or Deviating Provisions
16.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
16.2 Disputes shall be handled by the competent court in the store’s location.
